Can I book online?
Yes, however to use our online booking service you will need a user name and a password.
Please e-mail us to obtain this giving us your mobile number and the password you would like to use. Otherwise please call us.
Are all of your drivers and vehicles licensed and fully insured?
Yes. All of our drivers and vehicles are licensed by the Public Carriage Office.
All of our drivers are required to undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau
(CRB) check.
Do you only offer airport transfers?
No. We will happily quote for any journey (short or long) for any of our vehicles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
I want to book a journey.
How much notice do you need?

We would always like as much notice as possible but we are very flexible and are happy to accept last minute bookings.
Do you offer child/booster seats?
We can provide child or booster seats, though this must be made clear at time of booking. We are happy to offer to retain the seats if requested for the duration of your stay and the driver will return with the seat for your homeward journey.
Can I arrange multiple pick-ups and
drop-offs?

Yes. This is no problem. We do however, in line with most other companies, make a small charge for this service depending on the number of drops and the extra
distance involved.
What happens if our flight is delayed on the way home?
Donít worry! We monitor all incoming flights at our head office. This will be checked regularly and communicated to the driver in good time for your airport pick-up.
Where do we meet the driver
when we land?

You have the choice of meeting inside the terminal of outside in the drop-off / pick-up area. If you have a mobile phone the driver will ring you and direct you to the pick up point. If you do not have a mobile phone we will agree a meeting point prior to your departure.
We need you to pick us up in the early hours of the morning.
Is this ok?

Yes of course. Whilst we all like our sleep, very early / late journeys are often preferred as there is usually less traffic. We operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year and we do not charge extra for out-of-hours pick-ups.
We need a vehicle big enough to cope with a lot of luggage.
Can you help?

Yes. All of our vehicles are ideal for carrying passengers and luggage, and offer up to seven-seat vehicles, so there is plenty of room. However if you do have more luggage than normal please advise us so that we can send a suitable vehicle.
